Community Service
|
Prior to 2009, TIC Gums had an informal tradition of community service; we adopted local families for the holidays, supported our colleagues who participated in the Relay for Life each year, and many of us volunteered with causes that were close to us. When we began to plan our 100th anniversary, we wanted to include a service component to the celebration as a way to give back to our community so we created a community service committee to plan our activities. Since then our team has volunteered countless hours and many supplies to worthy causes in our local area.
