SUMMARY: The Business Performance Analyst will assist the Chief Financial Officer in tracking and reporting on the performance of the organization vs. short and long-term objectives. The role will help to implement a system and processes to develop, track, monitor and report on the business' strategic plan and link the strategy to the execution of initiatives, projects and other key milestones.
SUMMARY: This position provides strategic leadership and management of the Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Engineering functions to accomplish business objectives. This position serves as the principal leader of all aspects of global manufacturing (internal and contract), engineering, and maintenance operations to include long and short-range planning, metrics, policies, and initiatives which support the strategic objectives of the company. SUMMARY: The Documentation Specialist I position manages vendor system documentation for compliance with TIC Gums quality standards and compiles reports for management regarding vendor compliance. This position also manages all aspects of the Document Management System.

SUMMARY: The Manager, Application Development's role is to supervise the development and maintenance of the organization's repository of software applications through best practices, the appropriate staffing, and management of a technical team. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the development and continued support of the applications and systems necessary for business operations. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist their team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems. This position is expected to participate in all phases of the application lifecycle to include analysis, design, coding, testing and troubleshooting.
