SUMMARY: This position is responsible for responding to customer requests for product, pricing, delivery information, and samples in a professional and responsive manner with high attention to detail. The customer service representative provides full account service, from quotation through delivery as well as any post-delivery issues.

SUMMARY: The Regional Account Manager is accountable for meeting the targeted sales growth goals for assigned accounts. This position is also responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities for assigned accounts and/or regions.
