SUMMARY: The Customer Service Manager acts as the “voice of the customer” inside the organization and is responsible for developing the people and processes needed to ensure that the Company meets or exceeds customer expectations in a responsive and professional manner. This position monitors the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service department with particular emphasis on timely and accurate order entry, on-time delivery of ordered products, and is responsible for resolution of any related issues.

The customer service representative provides full account service, from quotation through delivery as well as any post-delivery issues.
