Dairyblend YG-AG is an ingredient system recommended for vat set, cup set and drinkable yogurts. Dairyblend YG-AG is designed to provide a smooth mouthfeel, stability, syneresis control and reduce or eliminate added NFDM in yogurt applications. It is process tolerant so it withstands the extra pumping and shear that comes from high speed processing equipment.

For a Non-GMO option, Dairyblend YG 12 NGMO is available. For an unmodified and Non-GMO option, Dairyblend YG AG NGMO is available.
