SUMMARY: Lead scientist accountable for initiating basic discovery and research on TIC sourced raw, semi-finished and finished hydrocolloids and other materials.

SUMMARY: Oversees the basic and innovative research and development programs on hydrocolloids; lead and manage the development of intellectual property; innovate new gum systems and assist in the design aspect of manufacturing and large-scale production of gums and gum systems. This position provides leadership and management of the R&D department in order to accomplish strategic business objectives.
